"Matt was great through the check-in process and explained the parking well. The place is very centrally located, so a little loud at night, but we knew that ahead of time."

"When we checked in we were told to park in the drop off zone. While we waited for the front desk to check us in we were issued a 40euro parking ticket. When we told the front staff they said that someone should have waited with the car. When we asked why we were not told this they said there was nothing they could do about the ticket. Each guest after us was then informed not to leave the car unattended. Nice central location but reception staff not particularly helpful"

"Receptionist was friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room was spacious for 3 of us, King bed & single bed in a room, shower was powerful and clean. Breakfast was simple, would have loved little more variety of vegetables but overall it was good for value. Handy location to use if you are driving in/out if Galway and still want to experience Galway city. It's 20 mins of walk with pavement all the way."
