Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Music was just too loud. We can't hear each other. I wished they choose the lounge songs rather than loud and noisy songs.

I will definitely be back. The staff are so kind and welcoming!

I was told building 3 was a better view, but my view was obstructed by trees, all of the amenities and restaurant are at the opposite side of the hotel. Plan your trip accordingly because all of the stores are an hour away. I would plan to grab snacks and essentials before heading out to the hotel. The other disadvantage of staying in building 3 is the gym is on the opposite end of the hotel, so you can get half of your work out by just walking to it. On my last day I wanted to get a room service breakfast before my flight. I called all of the extensions and no one answered. So I opted to eat at the shangri la before my flight home. My last point is the Dusit and Shangri la breakfast buffet are the same price and Dusit falls short on offerings and quality.
