The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, the spa is great and most importantly the bed and Bedding were fabulous! The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with a sense of calm and quiet. The staff very attentive and dedicated to our overall stay and well being! Alessandro in the restaurant & Simone,; Anna, Sara, Matilde at the front desk, Paula in the Spa and the valet staff helping with garage parking and luggage! Worth spending several days! . The room was massive. It was like sleeping in a church. The art on the ceiling made you feel like you were in the sistine chapel! The bed was soft so if you like a firm mattress than it might hurt your back but it’s was cozy! Hotel was in a great location, room was clean, and staff were nice.

Nice breakfast. Amazing location!
