Beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice room, found item leftover from previous guest. No laundry facilities, virtual concierge did not respond. Adult beverages very overpriced. High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area

Furniture old, staff not professional, breakfast ample

We loved this hotel! The room was well-appointed, and the bathroom was beautiful! The large tiled shower was the highlight. It featured two shower heads, one being an overhead rain head. The Graceland Guest House has many amenities such as: live music, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and chocolate milk (they gave this out at 9pm), water in the lobby, and free shuttles to and from Graceland (which is across the street). The pool was closed due to the time of year we stayed (late March). The hotel also has a couple bars, two restaurants, and a cafe. My only knock against the hotel was the lack of available free coffee. I guess it’s due to the caliber of venue. But, aside from what is in your room or buying it from the cafe, there isn’t free coffee anywhere in the building. The staff was amazing! We would definitely stay at the Graceland Guest House again!!
