Truthfully i thought this hotel was off the hook for davao city. It had everything we need. The rooms were nice the breakfast was good people were awesome and if you go to the coffee shop after 4:00 p.m. pastries are half off including cakes.

The best thing about staying here is the fact that the mall was connected to it. I requested an early check in and upon arrival to the property, after 19 hrs of travel, the room was not ready. Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check in time, to actually get to my room.
The staff were okay, but nothing too great and they seemed dismissive and unavailable when I did need to interact with them. I would highly suggest looking for other properties to stay at if you're going to visit.
