Great hotel, with friendly staff. Good location for all accessible areas.

Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Good location in walking distance to famous attractions. Breakfast was very delicious and had many varieties of food. The only you can take its water taxi to get to this hotel. When booking it said that you can have a land taxi which is not true.

Room was very hot and entire stay and hvac was not working for our room. I went to front desk multiple times and asked for a different room. A fan was sent up and it did little to help. No one from maintenance was sent and switch was made for the room. The desk clerk would read the room temp from the control system from the front desk and would give a bogus temperature like 23C which is 73 F and it was way hotter. As a final insult on check out I asked what the temp in room showed and she asked if a window was open. A bathroom window was unlatched but not open and that supposedly turns off the AC. Wouldn't that have been worth mentioning two days before. Hated It
