The hotel and staff were so friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved our stay! My only complaint was here were a lot of families with young children and it was very loud around the pool. Due to the hurricane, dining options were limited in the area, that has nothing to do with the resort, The restaurant at the resort was excellent. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great View, Clean Rooms. Would stay again

This was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a hotel for a while. Decor is very happy feeling and comfortable. Everything thoughtful was in the room and well thought out. Literally steps from the beach and the sunset and sunrise was amazing. Shower is small but I was able to push the shower curtain toward the sink with my hands and really enjoy the rain shower on my back. We will be back for sure!

The Sea Jay was incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable and the pool was a great temperature. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants and friendly staff. Wifi did not reach inside the room (on the patio only) and hot water was intermittent (a few minutes in a few minutes off). Other than that it was a great stay.

Suites were great. Floor was dirty, water pressure was low. All other aspects were great!

My husband and I recently traveled to the South Beach Condo Hotel with our infant daughter. Although the outside of the condo was a bit dated, we were extremely happy with the condo itself. The condo was large, clean, had beautiful furniture/granite counters in the kitchen, and had everything we needed (full kitchen, appliances, washer and dryer etc.). Furthermore, the condo was overlooking the pool, beach and ocean and had an amazing view of the sunset each night. We would definitely stay here...

A great place to stay. Beach was beautiful and convenient. Publix and Walgreens are within very close walking distance for any food and drink needs you may have. Staff were friendly and did their best to ensure a pleasant stay. May want to consider room safes as a suggestion. Nice walking path directly behind the condo. Quiet for families. Pool very small. Gas barbecues, free wifi, and reserved covered parking were wonderful additions. Would definitely stay again. Eva was very sweet and helpful....

We had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn. Recently updated, beautifully maintained, excellent location, great view of the beach from the balcony. Complimentary breakfast too!

Close access to the beach, grocery store, liquor store as well as John's Pass. Our 2nd time staying here, will be back

Robert was super friendly and accommodating. The room was just as advertised - clean, close to the beach (1min walk), fun/retro and the shower was amazing - hot and great pressure. This place is a hidden gem on the Treasure Island strip. The next time I visit St. Pete's, I'm not staying anywhere else. Thank you Robert!

Great place, all around! Beach access is steps away (a couple minute walk). Beach was nice and quiet. Laundry facility was a bonus! We would definitely recommend Twins Inn to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the hospitality and sharing this sweet space with us!

Excellent time at this property. Only thing I wish was a little bit later checkout time as our flight wasn’t until 9pm at night and we had to be out by 10am. I understand it was most likely due to cleaning for incoming guest so we made it work. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again if we ever returned to Clearwater.

Will keep coming back -this is a beautiful place to stay in - nice warm pool and hot tub. Spacious condos. Will be back

Great Location! Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms

We had a 2 bedroom unit with king sized bed, double bed and sofa bed. Everything here was great for our family with 3 kids. Housekeeping is only once a week and we only stayed 4 days, so we didn't get our unit cleaned. However, trash and towels are done every 2 days and the unit is equipped with a broom and vacuum if you don't mind tidying up a bit. The washer and dryer were great for washing beach clothes every day. Must have your own detergent. You can get as many towels as you want everyday...

Location is perfect, room is clean and well maintained. sofa bed mattresses could use a refresh but condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay!

The beach view from our room was perfect, rooms are a bit older but the room was very clean & everything worked. Beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We had good water pressure and it was always hot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Sloppy Joes was decent, views from our table perfect, food was reasonably priced. Both pools were warm and clean. Parking included.

It was a good hotel, friendly staff. Older hotel, needs some upgrades. Only a mini fridge(very old, piece on the inside of door to hold stuff on the door was cracked off completely) and very small sink, no utensils. Bathroom door needs to be replaced, bottom of the door was coming off. There is a washer and dryer there for $2.00 in quarters for each. Overall good experience. The rooftop bar we only seen open once since we were there for a week, not sure why it's not opened more. Outside doors...
