Very nice hotel, modern facilities, good restaurant. Little difficult to get in touch with reception but otherwise perfect.

Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10

Nice hotel just outside Seogwipo, easy 20 mins walk into town and slightly further on for the market. Not a ton of food options directly near hotel but there is a small convenience store at the hotel driveway. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms were not quite soundproof so did get a bit of noise from housecleaning in the morning, flushing/tv but when no neighbours very quiet.

The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously. Parking was easy and plentiful. Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus.

Wonderful place to stay! Great location (close to very popular and beautiful falls), clean, staff are all very nice, and you get a beautiful view! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay as a family. The space was large and had a separate bedroom, a laundry machine, kitchen with utensils and was clean. There was enough parking space as well. The owner lady was also kind. There was also a large grocery store right across the street that you could walk to. I would stay here again if we visited Jeju.

I loved our stay at the siena primo! The room was super clean and updated..I could tell that everything was well thought out and cared for. Breakfast buffet was awesome..! And swimming pool was so warm and comfortable to swim in even at night. Our family really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The staff at this resort was unbelievable. They were very friendly and accommodating & hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and there is a nearby convenience store and dining options, if you like raw fish or Korean barbecue. The pool was great… But the only drawback was the facilities were a bit outdated. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay at Jeju Island!

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious and there was free laundry service.
