I have a Problem with the AC and my room they had to Change For Another Room

The room was clean and staff were friendly

Beach and pool was amazing! The rooms were very clean but very noisy! We were on first floor and heard all activities from the lobby. Music people cheering .

I like the food , the staff, I don’t like the floors in pool area . It’s very slepery .. I saw a man fell down.. and I don’t like one more thing. If you like eat at two restaurants there you need schedule. I don’t think it’s ok and the app don’t work.. and the phone to call front desk they never answer

La chambre 510 que nous avons eues ne ressemblait aucunement aux photos que nous voyons sur expedia. La tv n’etait smart. La lampe ballotait tellement quon a pas voulu l’allumer de peur qu’elle prenne feu. Aucun frigo dans la chambre. Nous etions 3 seulement 2 serviettes de bain. Mini balcon. Dejeuner correct. Lit ferme ou tres ferme. Air climatiser mural fonctionnel. Ascenseur briser. On devait monter un etage pour avoir acces a une autre ascenseur qui donnait sur un demi etage. Sinon le hall d’entree etait propre et au gout du jour, les piscine etait bien de la musique a l’exterieur, serviettes disponible a la piscine. En gros ce n’était pas pénible ni pour nous plaindres seulement a titre informatif! Est ce que louerait encore a cet endroit? Probablement que oui sachant que l’on ne doit pas se fier au photos que nous voyons sur expedia car la chamvre y ressemblait 0.

Hemos estado 4 veces en este lugar y cada dia me gusta mas, la limpieza en todo el recinto , la comida , el staff todo maravilloso . Esperamos volver , cuando no haya sargazo.. Cerca de Playa tortuga para ir a Isla Mujeres.
