All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Those some busier traffic areas need a little bit more attention. The place is very large there is a lot of walking to and from main places. This place is family, friendly, as well as a lively nightlife.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. The food was mediocre. A good variety but a lot of the same each day. The pastry chef was rude when asking what something that wasn’t labeled and because I couldn’t hear or understand him, provided me with a rude facial expression once what he was saying clicked. I traveled solo and felt safe but his interaction was disappointing.

The rooms were spotless. Even after getting up and going out for breakfast, we'd come back and the room would already be cleaned and looking perfect. The staff was great—very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The outdoor pools were amazing, the water slides were a lot of fun, and the swim-up bar was fantastic. The only thing I wish they offered was a larger selection of beer, as there were only two options available. Other than that, my wife and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking about coming back next year and bringing our grandkids with us. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great. Lunch options included a buffet and an American restaurant, both convenient and enjoyable. The specialty restaurants were excellent, and one of the best parts was that no reservations were needed. The kids’ pool and kids’ club were fantastic. They were open most of the time and always had activities planned for the children, including games, events, and parties. We had a wonderful time traveling with both a young son and a teenager. If you are looking for pool party, drunk fest 24/7, that’s the place to be. Not good for senior or people who wants to take a relaxing vacation. Loud even at night time you cannot sleep from the shouting and, fights between drunk teens. One drunk guy came door knock our door at 12 pm and each night there’s chanting and shouting until 5 am. Found 3 cockroaches in the room. Lots of walking in between the hotels, the pigeons and birds in the restaurants and food with flies all over. It’s cheaper than other hotels, but if you’re not in a group and you want a relaxing experience, this is not the place. Keep looking around there’s many nice hotels in the area with more a calm and less party atmosphere. The music is blasting until 11 pm and the building shakes from the doors slamming. The pools and the view are nice, and the staff is really working hard and do the best they can, lack of security and overly hyped, drunk teens getting into constant fights (lunch and bars). Exhausting experience.

We are a family with two young children (5 and 9 years old), and we decided to book this hotel mainly because of its water park for kids. We stayed for five nights, from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, the children’s water slides were closed for maintenance for three consecutive days (Wednesday through Friday). We understand that maintenance is necessary, but having the main attraction for children unavailable for more than half of our stay was very disappointing. Once the water park was closed, there wasn’t much for young children to enjoy besides the swimming pools. My recommendation to the hotel is to schedule major maintenance during periods of lower occupancy whenever possible, or at the very least, notify guests in advance before arrival so families can make an informed decision about their stay. Pros - Friendly staff - The food and drinks was great, with a wide variety of options. - The room was clean and well maintained. Cons - No elevators and you gotta carry your own luggage upstairs. - The beach is not suitable for swimming. - There were too many mosquitoes in some areas. - Some restrooms could be cleaner. - There were many pigeons flying inside the main buffet restaurant, which affected the dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and good food. However, the unexpected closure of the kids’ water park significantly impacted our vacation, as it was the main reason we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here we came with our one year-old and they accommodated us for the first floor quiet area. Our room was very clean and clean our room every day gave us everything we needed including crib baby toys on the dining was really good. The buffets are very clean and taken care of the food is great. The staff was incredible. They made sure our baby had everything they needed. They even cooked separate food without salt for our baby they were amazing.

We stayed for a week with me, my husband, our two sons (ages 12 and 15), and my parents who are in their late 70s. We all had a FABULOUS time. The resort is incredibly clean with wonderful, kind and super helpful staff. We found the food quality overall to be fantastic, and enjoyed the entertainment options!
