The rooms were spotless. Even after getting up and going out for breakfast, we'd come back and the room would already be cleaned and looking perfect. The staff was great—very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The outdoor pools were amazing, the water slides were a lot of fun, and the swim-up bar was fantastic. The only thing I wish they offered was a larger selection of beer, as there were only two options available. Other than that, my wife and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking about coming back next year and bringing our grandkids with us. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great. Lunch options included a buffet and an American restaurant, both convenient and enjoyable. The specialty restaurants were excellent, and one of the best parts was that no reservations were needed. The kids’ pool and kids’ club were fantastic. They were open most of the time and always had activities planned for the children, including games, events, and parties. We had a wonderful time traveling with both a young son and a teenager. The resort is amazing and clean. It was a lot of fun especially if you have small children, the only one negative was they did not offer milk for my one year old and three year old in the room and there was no where to purchase it on the resort. I had very nice staff the first three days give me a carton for my room because my kids drink it in the morning and right before bedtime in their bottles and the last 4 days of our stay the staff I asked were extremely rude and told me to go buy it, I tried but they don’t sell it in their stores. So that was the only bad experience I’ve had in my 3 stays here.

We’ve been to lots of AI and this was the most disappointing. Unlike other resorts that have staff who frequently walk around and get you drinks so you don’t have to leave pool, this one does not. This is definitely a party hotel. There are lots of ready to party. The food was ehh at best. Most of the time I can find something to eat and know what to expect from an AI as far as food goes. For it being a family resort that caters to young children, there is much food selection for them. One thing that this hotel does offer is a view. Let me tell you this is probably one of if not the best view of Cabo and arch. Would likely not stay here again but still had a great time.

The hotel room was clean and the rooms were convenient with kids. We had two bedrooms connected with a hallway. Balcony was nice as well. The staff were friendly for the most part. The shows we went to were great! Michael Jackson tribute was really good. The party scene was a bit too much for a family visiting. There is a lot of family attractions but parties went late into the night with loud thumping music and yelling people. The pools were fantastic. It was a weird mix of family and college. Our kids were older (12/17) so it was fine. The vendors on the beach were very annoying. The waves were really strong and we couldn’t go in the ocean. Food is just okay. It’s not great but not terrible. There were some gluten free items for my celiac daughter and myself but the ran out the last day. We’d go back.

If you are looking for pool party, drunk fest 24/7, that’s the place to be. Not good for senior or people who wants to take a relaxing vacation. Loud even at night time you cannot sleep from the shouting and, fights between drunk teens. One drunk guy came door knock our door at 12 pm and each night there’s chanting and shouting until 5 am. Found 3 cockroaches in the room. Lots of walking in between the hotels, the pigeons and birds in the restaurants and food with flies all over. It’s cheaper than other hotels, but if you’re not in a group and you want a relaxing experience, this is not the place. Keep looking around there’s many nice hotels in the area with more a calm and less party atmosphere. The music is blasting until 11 pm and the building shakes from the doors slamming. The pools and the view are nice, and the staff is really working hard and do the best they can, lack of security and overly hyped, drunk teens getting into constant fights (lunch and bars). Exhausting experience.

I won’t be staying here again. This property caters to college kids and drinkers. In fact in your hotel room you’ll see 4 bottles of vodka, tequila and other I c beer in fridge, There are no activists for children other than the kids club which was very sad. The entertainment was not fun for a 9yr old but targeted toddlers. The kid water park was very limited and sorta fun hut again mostly younger kids like 5 and under. The other water park was 12+ so you really don’t have anything for kids between 8-11 yrs old. We’ve been to other hotels with lots more family and kid activities without all the party goers. If I were in college I would’ve had a blast here. The food is OK. The service was mediocre except for 3-4 wait staff that were excellent. Carolina was one of them. The pool close to the main desk was a lot of fun for kids and families. The infinity pool drew a lot of drunks people so we didn’t spend much time there. The beach was great when you are able tog et past all the vendors and away from the obnoxious college kids. There were lots of mosquitos in our bathroom but they were harmless they seemed to be dying slowly. If you plan on catching up on your best sleep forget about it! There are several parties at the hotel and although music is great if you want to get a good nights sleep you’re outta luck. The wind while we were there was so hard that the doors to the balcony would rattle at night making it hard to sleep.

Very few bad things to say about this property. My biggest concern was the food. It wasn’t exceptional, maybe good to adequate. The selection was enormous the quality was lacking. The presentation was good but it’s a buffet so the great presentation quickly devolved as many people walk over the top of each other. However, there was always something that was good.
