Crete All inclusive Vacations

The room we stayed in was beautiful couldnt fault it at all, really big and modern, i would say the rest of the hotel could do with a revamp its quite dated, the pool ares didnt feel very clean. The food was lovely, lots of choice. The bar near the beach was gorgeous with a beautiful view and rear garden where we proffered to sunbath. For the money it was a great stay and close to everything but i wouldnt say it was a 5* hotel.

Great hotel for vacation with kids. There are pools and a water park, private beach, different restaurants. There are activities for kids (we enjoyed the kids club during the day, family disco in the evening, there's a playground but it's possible to be there only early in the morning or after sundown since there's no shade there and everything's from metal). The foods is great - great options, very diverse, great for the kiddies. In the room, tge air conditioning was very weak ehich was hard since we stayed in August heat, and the water stream in the shower was very weak. In addition, we experienced a few power outages and a water outage in the room. But it came back quickly. Over all, great stay, we enjoyed our time. Would recommend.

The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste… Whatever that means. The hotel bar closed at 11 PM which is probably also a sign that this resort is targeted for younger families and not adult vacationers. The beach was easily accessible by foot in less than five minutes, and there is a public bus driving to Chania, which we took advantage of quite often. There are plenty of other restaurants in walking distance if you want to pivot from your all inclusive package to the amazing Greek food otherwise available on the island.

Property was fine for three days stay. Unfortunately, it was very busy and it was difficult booking restaurants and finding sun-beds. The resort was a little rundown but the staff was really nice.

Perched right between two stunning beaches, this resort delivered an unforgettable getaway for our whole family. Keeping a teenager and a young adult thoroughly entertained is no small feat, but the animation team absolutely smashed it! From high-octane water polo and pool volleyball matches to competitive stage darts, the daytime energy was electric. Evenings were just as lively, packed with discos, karaoke, dance events, and an incredible Cretan cultural dance night that was easily the highlight of the week. If you venture off-site, the watersports are a must, especially the Crazy Sofa for pure adrenaline! ​The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious with a wide selection, capped off by fantastic desserts and cakes. Plant-based milk options for morning coffees and great drinks at both the restaurant and pool bar were a big plus. Clearer dietary and allergen labeling, especially on the central buffet islands, would make the dining experience even smoother. ​Our family suite was wonderfully spacious, impeccably maintained, and treated to fresh towels and great toiletries throughout our stay. Waking up to the gorgeous, sweeping view over Mononaftis beach never got old. ​As our first-ever all-inclusive experience, it set a high bar. We would return in a heartbeat to recharge and unwind!

The property is located on a beach with good facilities. The pools are lovely and the resort was very peaceful even though there were a lot of families with kids including ours. The food was good but the best part - the staff. They were simply excellent. Very kind, courteous, friendly and the famous Cretan hospitality shines through. Would definitely go again.
