It's either scorching hot water or freezing water in the shower. It takes 10-12 minutes for either to settle. Water was also coming out with a weird color. When asking for help, no one came. Room keys keep getting deactivated and when asking for help in that regard, staff became upset. Other than that, staff was extremely nice and serviceable. Breakfast was quite complete.
