Amazing breakfast, staff, comfy bed, and location. I will definitely go back when I am in Quito. Also a huge shoutout to the driver, the hotel sent to pick us up, and dropped us off at the airport Christian what a delight.

The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious.
The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night.
Aside from those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel because I kindly requested a partial refund due to the fact that I could not stay at the hotel at all due to a travel schedule conflict, and they refused to do that. Extremely disappointed and will not soon be visiting this hotel chain in the future. Expedia also let me down but blamed the hotel’s manager for ultimately refusing.
