Exceptional Stay – Perfect in Every Way Our stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the welcome at check-in to the attention to detail throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities — from the lounge to the rooftop pool with the view— were all top-notch and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything yet quiet. The beds were the most comfortable we had during our travels. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional quality and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff members were so welcoming and did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. When I return to Florence, I won’t stay anywhere else. Eduardo at breakfast gave the most amazing shopping recommendations and made the stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the butler team, our stay was the best ever!

The view over the Mediterranean from this hotel is mesmerizing. You are in for a delicious breakfast with lots of varieties if you want to try their restaurant. Just wish if there was an indoor swimming pool. Also, make sure to know about their shuttle bus schedule as there were no signs on the bus and the evening driver wasn’t that tourists friendly. Your only way to Sorrento is the shuttle or local bus ( SITA bus). Otherwise, taxi is a pricy option Rooms are clean, room service is good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly and they're buffet. breakfast is amazing.

I’m from the states and we stayed at this gorgeous hotel. And I have to say it was fantastic. Rooms. Staff. Food. It really is a special place. The staff went above and beyond. We went in October and the weather was perfect. I truly feel this hotel has a magical feel. The church bells ringing. The towns below. My husband is a mid west kind of man. He told me he would never forget Lake Garda and our Ley Fey resort. We are actually planning our next visit back to Le Fey and Lake Garda. To me they are now one 💕.

Staff is very good, nice service. Restaurant food is not good. Price / quality you find better hotels for the same budget.

We just left Alpha; we were able to find excellent dining options in and around the hotel and getting to Sorrento was easy and affordable by train, nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful helping with transport and activity recommendations. Rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious showers and some toilettries (not including hair conditioner or face cloth towels if you prefer these). The pool is mostly in the shade because of its location in the garden. Some evening entertainment (i.e. sax player performing in the courtyard and other things). Overall a very nice stay on our journey and we'd go back.
