Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Great room, amazing breakfast buffet and the hotel is overall well maintained. However, I had my laundry done and it was a small bag mostly underwear. Not more than 300g and the cost was $54\. They give price list and it was my fault not to check but even in the most expensive countries it was not even half of this. I had lunch for $25 for a small plate. Massage is much more expensive with similar service elsewhere. So basically if you do not use extra services, it is a beautiful hotel. I also didnt realize it is 25 min walk to city center. I used their whatsapp service and havent received an answer so do not bother. Lastly, I saw a cockroach on the wall that freaked me out and I stayed up all night but havent seen anything else for 5 days. The only reason I am writing this comment is when I booked the hotel I read the reviews and seemed like a wonderful place. It is indeed a wonderful place if you don't use any extras which is not convenient for me to walk 25 mins to get a servive I need.

Excellent hotel located within short tuk-tuk to central SR. Great food, amenities and support staff taking care of everything. Absolute star of the resort is Nora, provided top rate service in everything she did, from bookings, reservations and overall customer care. Only negative is noise along any floors of the resort in the mornings. Wooden floors stomping & inconsiderate hotel guests, unable to close balcony or room doors normally, instead of reverberating noise of locks clanging for 4th time until they realise how to unlock a door, as they leave for 6am Temple Tours. The pain is real.

Overall the stay was good but it had its fair share of ups and downs. Breakfast needed a bit more variety and the pool was too cold. Other things happened, but honestly maybe they were beyond their control. The service however, was exceptional that is why I felt a 4-star rating was earned. The staff handled my concerns with so much care. The daily treats in the hallway and free mini bar in our room, gave a nice touch.A huge thank you to the team, especially the front desk staff.
