The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for modern serviced apartment. There is an Aldi, fast food shop and department store within 5mins walk. There are bus stops in 2mins walk or walk 11mina to Altstetten train station. Easy to check in and out as long as you have a phone and they stores luggage so I could explore and put them in my room when it was ready.

Loved the loft, the entire stay was very interesting, got to cook ourselves a home meal after a 25 days long trip across Central Europe, we loved the accessibility of the stay. Trams and busses are well connected and also will find grocery store coop nearby !

The. Room was lovely and the place comfortable, clean and nice, BUT, the check in was difficult and anything but user friendly. Firstly the add says front desk open 8am-5pm, we arrived 4:30pm-closed. Te IT interface was not user friendly and took until I realized I had not paid until it all fell into place, but I had to find that.

The apartment once in it was lovely but bit of a strange set up You go through like a full block of apartments, mine was right at other end and no one there to check in or check out. Made it quick but also was concerning as had to use your phone to get in lifts etc and I ended up in a basement once as I took the wrong lift. Would say good for two people together but a little bit scary on my own! Other than that the apartment was lovely, perfect location for the stadium and very reasonably priced!!

Birthday trip stay in a cute and clean apartment

Everything about this place is perfect. It’s ideal location being close to public transport and also shops like Aldi and Coop mean you don’t have to travel far for groceries. The web app is easy to use, you receive a guide a couple of days before you stay and all you have to do when you arrive is look back over the information you’ve previously added and check in. From there you just swipe to open, couldn’t be more easy. Everything was clean and tidy even the common areas which we walked past. The apartment has everything you would need, washing up liquid would have been nice but it’s understandable why it’s not provided. The bed was comfy and we had no problems sleeping after a long day exploring. I would recommend this place to everyone, book and you won’t be disappointed!

It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight.

While not the most comfortable bed we've slept in, the apartment the apartment itself was beautiful and clean, with the softest towels we've ever experienced while traveling. I myself am not the largest fan of digital keys to get into buildings/rooms, but the system worked well, and I have no complaints with it. The laundry facilities were plentiful and easy to use, which ended up being much needed. The building itself was easy to locate, but it is quite large inside so be sure to follow the maps around the place to easily locate your room. Communication with the company was very easy and pleasant, with very quick turnaround times. About a 15-minute walk from the Altstetten train station. Fair price for what you get. We would be happy to stay here again.

Property was clean. Good for solo travel. It’s not in the city center but buses are easily accessible 2/3 mins walk (15 minutes away from main train station) 20 mins tram ride from old town.

Great property, clean and modern room. Bathroom was great with a lovely big shower. Bed was large and comfortable. Wi-fi and Smart TV worked fine. The building also has a large communal area and an outside terrace to enjoy. Access to building and the room is using your smartphone/livingtown app. I found it simple to use. But please be mindful if you are booking and are not tech savvy/have an older style phone. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room was not working. I did report this after the first night, and a fan was provided for the remainder of my stay. Aside from the air con, really enjoyed my stay.

Short stay

The room was well designed and nice. Wished the check-out was not so early. It was at 10am and I have mostly experienced check-outs at 11am. Also, the way to enter the building and room was complicated and relies too much on your phone working. Whished there was a code for the entrance door and your room - in case your phone dies.
