Great spot that is just very outdated and worn out. Location is amazing but everything is showing it’s age. Bathrooms at the pool and rooms and rough. Restaurant was dirty with spider webs and dirt along the blinds. Location had so much potential. Saltwater pool with the view is awesome but most of the chairs were broken.

The only negative thing about this place was that the rooms need to be updated. The rooms are kept clean, front desk personnel is excellent. Restaurant service and food is excellent. We stayed the first night and last night of our trip in the hotel, we got there late at night and the kitchen was already closed, the waiter told us that he can order food from a different restaurant for us nearby, something that he didn’t had to do but he still offered that option for what we were very thankful. Even though I saw some bad reviews like for example the breakfast buffet was cold, grumpy old man behind the buffet never smiles, water in the pool to salty, staff is not helpful ect. I still gave this place a chance for the reviews that loved the view and I was not disappointed. The pastries in the buffet were made fresh and my food was not cold. Obviously if you get there late for breakfast the food will get cold, older gentleman behind the buffet was pulite, and the pool. You have a pool, at least two beaches nearby which you can see from some of the balconies. Planty of parking, besides the restaurant in the complex there is an other grate restaurant in walking distance which also had plenty of parking if you ate to tired to walk there and deside to drive. That restaurant has grate food and reviews but you have to make a reservation days before. We tried to eat there on a saturday but were told that there is no availability until tuesday. Renovation aside, excellent place.

Nice and close to the Airport
Stayed at the hotel as an emergency due to a cancelled flight. Very close location to the airport, nice views from our very large balcony room, accommodating 4. Dinner and breakfast served at the local venue nearby with amazing views of the sea. Not used any other facilities as it was just a brief stop.

Just finished 4 nights here starting off our honeymoon. The room had wonderful air conditioning and was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking was a breeze. Breakfast was top notch and served right on the water. The private beach and beach bar were beautiful and so much fun. Would highly recommend this as opposed to staying in packed touristy Dubrovnik.

This place was incredible. It was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay and the staff was beyond excellent!!! Elena was just extraordinary. She went above and beyond many times for us. They whole staff did. We ate at the bar/restaurant there and the Cevapi was excellent. Infinity pool with the scenery relaxing. Wish we could have stayed there our whole vacation. Short ride to Dubrovnik. This place is awesome!!! View from our room incredible. Clear blue water, islands and fresh breezes!!

A lovely stay
We stayed for three nights (not consecutive) on our way to Korcula. The hotel is ideally situated outside Dubrovnik and quite close to the airport. You can take a ferry to go from the hotel to Dubrovnik. The views from the rooms we had were lovely and the site was family friendly and quiet. There is a lovely old town nearby called Cavtat with restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The site in itself is quite outdated but we did not mind. The quality of breakfast was not to our liking so we bought our own food to eat on the balcony of our room. The rooms we had had a fridge and a mini kitchen. You can order take-aways or eat on site.

Although it would be safe to call this hotel a three out of five star hotel, it is a rather perfect place for a short stay. We stayed here on our first and last night in Dubrovnik area as it is really close to the hotel. Although the hotel rooms could use some updates (their plumbing is in need of an overhaul), if you treat this like an airport hotel then you will be impressed by the room size, the beautiful views from your private patio, easy access to the beach (great way to get over a long travel day) and sizeable quality breakfast (included in stay). I recommend this hotel provided you are not expecting a modern, newly renovated room. Also, there are no elevators or wifi in the room (only in the lobby) so keep that in mind when booking if these are deal breakers.

Be careful, the bistro waiters will charge you for something you didn't order! they don't bring the bill to the table until you demand it. We ate at the bistro twice and both times they tried to cheat on the bill! The buffet dinner offered in the Taverna was also disappointing, the food was of poor quality and cold. No drink was included in the €20 buffet dinner, not even water! It didn't even occur to me to eat here again, it was such a big disappointment. The pool area was nice, but the pool had very salty water.

Over very good, however one small issue
The hotel and the locatin are very nice. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours had incredible balkon with view of the sea. It is also possible to catch a boat to Dubrovnik which is cheaper than going to the city with car or taxi and the view during the trip is incredible (highly recomended to use this method of transport) However, i found one of the receptionists a bit rude at once when she asked my girlfriend how old is she and she said she was 18, the receptionist started laughing loudly. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff were very nice and helpfull.

Room was spacious and clean, sea views, the views from the pool are amazing. Pool bar for cocktails at sunset. Food at the tavern connected to the hotel is not great, but the restaurant king konobo just up the road was top notch. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly.

We went to the room after we checked in & realized someone had left the balcony door wide open & that explained the few insects that were inside the room we had to kill. We put the AC on & surprise surprise it didn’t work so we called the front desk & the guy said sorry we have nobody to fix it so we asked to change rooms & the answer was sorry we are full & have no availability which is a lie. He was just lazy to help us specially after he saw we were only staying for one night. We stayed there bc we drove back from Montenegro that night & our flight was the next day at noon so we figured it’s convenient & 10 mn from the airport but i wish we stayed somewhere else better & cleaner even if we had to drive a little more. Hotel is old & dated. Bed makes a squeaky sound every time you turn. No elevators on the property. You have to drag your luggage & carry them up so many stairs.

Great location but unfortunately for us we were there whilst a massive tour group was there. There was loud music by the pool whilst the group were getting ready for their party in the evening. And a big party in the evening with late night fireworks. It would have been nice to have been told by management this was going to happen. Hotel was dreadfully rundown which is such a shame as it has so much potential especially with the location.
