Hiking in the forests of Ospedale and the swimming pools of Cavu are just a few minutes away by car. To the south, the villa enjoys a sea view of the Tour de Pinarello over an area of unspoilt scrubland, and to the west, a view of the mountains. The house stands on a 5,200 m² plot of scrubland. This 130 m² property comprises a living room and dining room opening directly onto the terrace through large bay windows. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry for storage. Separate guest WC at the entrance. The villa sleeps 6: \- Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Large bay window opening onto the terrace. \- Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Bay window opening onto terrace. \- Bedroom 3: 2 x 80 cm beds that can be joined together to make a double bed. Shower room with separate toilet and bay window overlooking the mountains.
