Appartement très cosy décoré avec beaucoup de goût.   
Idéalement située avec l'accès plage à 90 mètres.  
L'appartement est entièrement équipé et climatisé. Internet à disposition.  
Place de parking privée   
  
L'appartement de 36 m² est composé de :  
  
Un séjour avec sa cuisine ouverte ( frigo, congélateur, plaque de cuisson, four, four micro-onde, cafetière, …)  
le canapé du salon est convertible si besoin avec 2 couchages  
Télévision à votre disposition.  
  
La Chambre est composée d'un lit double en 160 cm avec placard et baie vitrée donnant sur un balcon.  
  
La Salle d'eau moderne possède une double vasque, une douche à l'italienne et un WC  
  
L'appartement comprend une grande terrasse de 37m² ombragée avec un parasol de 3 m sur 3 m.  
  
Salon de jardin et table pour des soirées privilégiées.

Serviettes de plage de qualité (100x150): \*\*10 euros TTC\*\*/personne et par séjour

A 3 minutes à pieds de la plage, Pinarello est un domaine propice à des vacances réussies.  
Plage surveillée, commerces essentiels. Vous trouverez une boulangerie et des restaurants à 200 m de l'appartement.  
Vous trouverez également un centre de plongée mais aussi la possibilité de louer bateau, …  
A 10 minutes à pieds on vous accueillera pour vous initier au ski nautique, à la traction de bouée mais aussi au parachute ascensionnel.
