Good Morning Corwin,I'm sorry you experienced unpleasantness. Unfortunately, we do not know what you are referring to; we did go back and look at security cameras, read notes and spoke to the staff on duty that night - The only thing we saw was that our front desk agent helped a guest near your room around 8pm. It was a Holiday weekend and we did have a handful of large families and groups staying. If you would like to reach out and give us a little more detail as to why you were under this impression, I would be glad to assist.We look forward to the opportunity of changing your view of our property.

I would have given it a rating of Excellent, but someone kept slamming their door in the middle of the night just as I drifted back off to sleep. Therefore, I got no sleep at all. I realize this wasn't their doing, but it was close enough to the main desk where they should have heard it and said something to the offenders after the second time. That being said, the breakfast they offered was the best ever. I'm not kidding. Best omelet I've EVER had.

Clean with Above and Beyond Service
We've stayed in BW many times and this one deserves 10/10. We were greeted with a friendly smile and the gal who checked us in noticed my mom didn't walk well and asked if she could change our room so she didn't have to walk down a long hallway. We were so grateful! The hotel was quiet and very clean. Complimentary breakfast included a variety of options including made to order omelets. We have family in Zillah and plan to return on our next visit.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast with so many customized options Definitely would give 5+ stars as an option Only drawback was we went to a concert at legends casino so came back late to a full hotel and had no parking, parked in the business next door , all the time worrying about getting towed or a ticket. Would have like to have known about any other parking options aside from on the street or have designated parking spots for paid rooms

I am sorry to hear that other parking options were not explained to you. We did have a full house that weekend, unfortunately a lot of our guests had 2 vehicles per room; making parking a challenge. All vehicles in the lot (at all times) are registered guests, we do have arrangements with the business next door for guests to park before & after their operating hours and we do have a full over flow lot just up the street. Again I am truly sorry these were not explained to you! We look forward to the opportunity of serving you again!
