C'est un hôtel familale de taille humaine qui surplombe l'autoroute allant à Haïfa avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse exterieure. « Réservation facile. Bon accueil, mais on ne m'a pas accompagnée à ma chambre ni montré le fonctionnement du chauffage. La chambre est grande et propre. Il faisait froid, je n'ai pas pu profiter du parc, qui doit être agréable en été. L'hôtel est à une demi-heure de marche du centre de Zikhron Yaakov. »

« Very relaxing and welcoming kibboutz. We had a very pleasant stay. Very warm welcoming and clean bedrooms. Very nice breakfast. We were there as 4 members of the same family. The bedroom is nice but too small for 4. For more than 3 guests I would recommend taking 2 rooms. Everything else perfect. Nice view from the bedroom balcony. »

« Hôtel sympa. Mais mal expliqué concernant la vue. J’ai loupé le coucher de soleil Très bon petit déjeuner mais aussi bien et mes amis ont a remarqué que le personnel n’était pas super sympa et alors que c’est un petit déjeuner buffet il scrutait ce qu’on prenait et si on revenait au buffet. Pas aimé cette ambiance surtout que rien n’était dans l’excès de notre côté. Pas agréable du tout!!! Ceci étant l’hôtel est sympa et c’est pas pour une personne que je vais casser la note. »

Le service est en revanche déplorable: presque jamais personne à l'accueil, mauvais renseignements, on vous fait patienter à votre arrivée sans même prendre la peine de vous offrir une collation... J'ai mis quand même 2 étoiles pour remercier le personnel de la piscine qui pour sa part a été très attentionné avec l'ensemble de la clientèle, les petits comme les grands"
