The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. The best past is you can see matterhorn from your bedroom. But the service was not great. We asked to raise the room temperature as the room was quite cold and our daughter was feeling a bit ill. But it didn’t change for rest of our stay. Or worse, the heater at the bathroom got turned off next day. We were never asked how the room is or no communication from the staff, and there is no way we know the room temperature as there is no control panel..
