De piste en supermarkten zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. Het appartement is groot opgezet, voorzien van verschillende faciliteiten en goed schoon. De bedden zijn heerlijk (wat niet vanzelfsprekend is). Het appartement biedt ook slaapplekken in de woonkamer, maar hier is geen mogelijkheid om het donker te maken.
