Recommend to stay

Great place to stay - close enough to the shops / restaurants when we needed, but peaceful when we were at the pool or having a drink outside our room. The family were super helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Denise Studios & Apartments, and it was a very good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The property itself is in very good condition, with modern facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic family run hosts from the local area. Warm, welcoming and helpful. Plus: well kept accomodation surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Some sea view rooms. Fridge and large balcony. Clean marble floors and exterior. Negatives: dated unsteady wardrobes; bring your own beach towels and no paper down the loos. Despite these minor points, still worth a good value stay

I’ve been coming with my family since I was a baby (21 years) and this year was no different, with my partner coming for his first time. As a family run property, Maggie, Dennis and Vicky as always were polite and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them. The newly refurbished rooms are always immaculate, especially with the current situation, making us all feel safe during our 2 week stay. This place really is my home away from home and I would never stay anywhere else. See you all next year!

The property was set well back from the bars and restaurants of Argassi and a peaceful place to stay. The rooms (we moved for our second week) were very clean and bright and the second provided a good view over the roof tops to the sea and to the mountains behind. The pool was an ideal size for this property and never really busy - ideal to cool down in the hot afternoon. The property owners were excellent, they were extremely friendly and helpful looking after all our needs. Rooms were cleaned every day and the service was the best we have every had. We could not find anything that we disliked.

Room was cleaned every day. Very good shower. Air conditioning and safe at no extra charge. Clean pool. Maria and her dad Dennis were very good hosts and made us feel welcome. We had a lovely and relaxing holiday. Good location.

My first time to Zakynthos, this was an excellent location for exploring. Accommodation was exactly as described. Vicky and Denis made us feel very welcome and were always available to provide any help or information. Would definitely return.

Wonderful family run appartments .

We were staying in Kalifonica for 2 weeks but came to Zante to meet family. We needed 1 nights accommodation. We found this gem on Expedia. The hosts are welcoming and could not do enough to make your stay a wonderful experience. The appartments were spotless, fresh bedding, towels. A pool area and plenty of space for children to play. All the bathrooms are currently being renovated and the ones already completed are spectacular and done to a high standard. These appartments are set back from the resort but within walking distance to beaches. We hired a car, free parking available to discover the rest of the island.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L'appartamentino era piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, nuovo e pulito. La zona piscina è molto carina, non ne abbiamo usufruito molto ma fare colazione a bordo vasca è stato piacevole. Petros parla anche molto bene l'italiano, lui e sua moglie sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, ad esempio hanno chiamato per noi il car rental e ci hanno fatto portare a casa la macchina. Consigliatissimo, io ci tornerei!
