Durant la nuit des gens ont essayé de renter dans l’appartement et lumière s’est allumé en pleine nuit ! On ne se sentait vraiment pas en sécurité malheureusement!!

Bien placé au pied du centre ville, ce dernier est très agréable. Attention en réservant, nous avions sélectionnés avec petit déjeuner compris sur le site et en fait pas de petit déjeuner... Du coup prévoir un coup supplémentaire...

Bon appartement très bien situé.
Ceci est un appartement et non un hôtel. On nous a très bien accueilli quand meme au parking ou nous avons garé la voiture et allés ensemble a l’appartement. La photo est celle de la place et non de l’appartement qui est juste a coté. L’entrée du bâtiment et l'ascenseur sont très vétustes mais l’appartement est très bien. Idéal pour visiter Zagreb et pour un court séjour.

Impossibilité de trouver l'agence de location des appartements une galère pas possible... L'appartement reste agréable globalement malgré le simple vitrage dans une rue agitée.

Ce n'est pas un hotel
Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 à l'adresse indiquée, en trainant nos valises car l'endroit est piétonnier; il n'y avait rien qui ressemble à un hotel. Heureusement, le garçon du café voisin a appelé quelqu'un qui est arrivé dans les 5 minutes. Nous avons du de nouveau trainer les valises jusqu'à un immeuble anonyme, et monté dans un ascenseur crasseux, et là nous avons trouvé notre chambre, plutôt agréable. Je ne recommanderais pas cet "hotel" car ce n'est pas agréable de devoir marcher et perdre 20 minutes quand on est fatigué par le voyage.

Clean, well-furnished and perfect location one block from Ban Jelacic square. Very comfortable. Contactless check in was very efficient. Parking a little tricky - garage a few blocks away is very expensive. Dining and nightlife options are unlimited, but late night noise was an issue on the weekend. Maybe that's hard to avoid in such a central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Staff was very attentive. They answered my calls, and helped me to store my luggage. The apartment was in good shape, but very basic - was missing toiletries (though they brought them when i called to ask), and no tea, coffee, or laundry detergent.

This place is amazing and right in the city center. We really appreciate the location. We came just for overnight, but if we had more time, we would definately stay here longer. the room were very spacious, clean and we really felt there great.

가족여행에 최고의 가성비 숙소.
6명 잘 수 있다고 했지만 쇼파가 좁을까봐 3명이서 묵었는데 쇼파 하나에도 한명씩 충분히 잘 수 있을만큼 넓었음. 4인이상 특히 5인이 쓴다면 최고의 가성비일듯. 취사시설이 다 구비되어있고 식기도 충분함. 처음에 찾을 때 헤맬 수 있으나 호텔 두브로브니크 맞은편이고 안경점 윗건물임. 3-1층에 띵동하면 열어줌. 엘리베이터가 무서울 수 있으나 잘 작동됨. 침대가 매우 푹신함. 다른사람들에게도 추천하고 싶음!!

Es war sauber und gemütlich. Die U terku ft is unmittelbar im Zentrum. Jedoch hört man den lärm von draussen sehr gut. Ansonsten kann ich sie nur weiter empfehlen!

Enjoyable Stay in Zagreb
We found the apartment excellent in every way. It was nspacious, clean, well located and also very modern and inviting. Finding the office was the most difficult part but the staff were very warm and helpful. Instructings such as the corner building, diagonally across from the. Hotel Debrovnik would be helpful.George

Good location..a bit noisy in the evenings with nightly pick ups from the garbage/recycling trucks. Ear plugs are a must!

Not much to like besides the central location. Dislikes include; Overpriced, noisey, needs blackout curtains from street lights, carpet was filthy, no toiletries, no tea or coffee, old and ugly building, checkin was difficult to find and had to call to meet someone, room wasn’t ready and had to leave bags in unsecured room, aircon didn’t work, no English tv channels, washer but no dryer, generally uninviting room.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Noise is due to booking an apartment in a million people city center. Toiletries,tea and coffee are available in every of our apartments.If needed , we would supply you with more , but unfortunately you never did make a request for it. We are glad that you aknowledged that our staff helped you find our location , as we try to be as much helpfull as our guests allow us. The reason your room was not ready is because you arived 3 hours before check in time , which is mentioned even before you booked with us. We offered you our luggage room to store your luggage until the apartment is ready and we do not know what made you feel insecure about it, since we are here all the time and the room is locked. Airconditioner did not worked because it was seat for heating , we would love if you contacted us to help you with it. Also on our TV channels list , there are 300+ channels , with croatian,italian,russian,spanish,italian,german and english (both american and UK) channels. We are happy that you stayed with us and in the future we would like you to contact us if there is any problem in one of our apartments.

I stayed in another place on my return through Zagreb- it was less expensive and about 7 times larger. The information on Expedia was not accurate- it was a very small, uncomfortable room- no one was available to give us any information & when I tried to get help, no one really wanted to help. The condition was poor, of the room was poor- there was barely even any toilet paper! It is very over priced . If it were a third of the price then it would be acceptable.

We are sorry, but the price difference between an apartment in the center of the city and an apartment at the edge of the city is different with a reason. Also we have toilet paper in every apartment , but if you expected whole pack of 20 pieces of paper , then you could've just ask us for more, we would be happy to provide you with it. Our reception works 16 hours per day , every day with at least 2 staff members at the reception at the same time, so it was not possible (if you even asked) that nobody was available to help you with anything. We usually accept all the harsh criticism and we do everything to get better and make them right , but false statements we despise and will not accept.

전반적으로 만족한 숙소예요!
전반적으로 만족한 숙소입니다. 위치는 옐라치치 광장에서 2분? 3분? 한 블럭 정도만 걸어가면 돼서 정말 가깝고 좋아요 :) 호텔 두브로브니크랑 바로 마주보고 있어요. 스탭들도 매우 친절했고, 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. (비록 낡은 유럽식 엘리베이터를 이용해야 하지만 나름 재미있었다는 ㅎㅎ) 다만 청결도 부분에서는 엄청? 청결한지는 잘 모르겠네요. 왜냐면 이불이랑 베개에 머리카락이 하나씩 붙어있었거든요ㅠ 화장실은 넓어서 좋은데 샤워할 때 뜨거운 물이 잘 나오다가 어느순간 끊겨서 보일러를 보니 그럴 땐 20분 정도? 보일러 히팅이 될 때까지 기다려야한다는 메모가 붙어있었어요ㅠ 그래도 타임 세일로 저렴한 가격으로 잘 묵고 가네요. 가성비 따졌을 때 추천하는 숙소입니다! ^^
