The room was very spacious and had a direct view of the lake, with friendly and professional staff across all departments of the hotel. It’s literally ten steps away from the broad walk around the lake, and the hotel offers free bike rentals for guests to use. They do provide shuttle service as and when the driver is available to send you from hotel to the pier but if you were at the pier, you need to call them. They would not send car according to the shuttle schedule. The hotel is right next to the lake but during my visit, the water level was low, so I couldn't really enjoy the lake ciew right from my balcony. The room was big. With a tataimi sitting area. Toilet came with a big bath which you can enjoy bath with your whole family. Food is just ok, there is no gym as advertised just an eliptical machine and a weights machine in a small corner in the basement. We booked 4 nights 2 rooms. After the second night we left because it rained day and night without stopping so it was hard to do much outdoors. The management did not want to do any kind of refund. We understand the policy but there is not much you can do there after couple days of stay with bad weather.
