The food and drink menus at this hotel are very good, and we found the dining experience to be very good. Some not all of the staff were a bit indifferent at times, so you had to pick who to talk to to place an order etc. We booked a suit and it was not cleaned the next day which we found odd.

Fint hotell med bra frukost och trevlig bakficka för mat och dryck. Dock luktade våra kuddar illa vilket såklart sänker betyget. Vi påtalade lukten och personalen var då mycket tillmötesgående och sade sig byta dessa. Lukten kvarstod dock.

Would reccommend. Tiny improvements would help!
Very lovely staff and very helpful food was amazing . The only thing that would have been nice is still water in the rooms and air con! But ultimately a lovely experience!

Great hotel to connect with Ystad relatives
This was the perfect hotel for us. We were connecting with Swedish relatives in Ystad and it was such a wonderful place to gather. Also, the room was very comfortable although a little small. The most wonderful thing is that we discovered that the hotel was on the street where my great great grandfather lived. Also, my great great uncle who was a painter had painted a picture of the street next to the hotel and I have that picture in my house in Anchorage Alaska.

wonderful hotel in Ystad !
We were very pleased with our stay...very updated clean and comfortable rooms - service was excellent and the staff was amazing - especially Karin who checked us in...brought us ice and extra towels and told us some of the best places to visit and eat - which was unfortunately not the hotel restaurant which we did try our first night and it was disappointing and slow service - but everything else about the hotel I say was excellent !

So happy we stayed at the Continental and would again. So conveniently located, a 2 minute walk from the train station and next to the center of town. The hotel has a quaint classic style. Breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed being able to squeeze my own orange juice. Staff were friendly, could have done a bit more to accommodate us (ie we couldn't get an early check in).
