I love York! The hotel is a short walk from York Station and walkable distance to all the main attractions in York. Staff were pleasant and rooms wre spacious enough for luggage. Overall lovely stay and would definitely return again

The Staff are the best feature of this hotel, they really can’t do enough for you. They are lovely. Without their amazing staff this would be an ok hotel - the staff take it up several notches to a great hotel.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay, had a room with a view of the river bridges and minster. 15 minutes tops walk from the station to the hotel, so handy, same to walk to the centre of the city, lots of choices of food and bars in the evening. Breakfast was really enjoyable and the staff were on top of organisation and maintaining the food on offer, we'd happily return, thank you

This was our first time staying in York. The room was average size. The food was good - not the best since it had limited varieties of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to many places.

The Hotel Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful and welcoming. The staff also in the Restaurant are helpful friendly kind and welcoming. The Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The its next to river so you get a lovely view either from a room or outside. Definitely be going there again soon
