### 3 bedroom accommodation in Flaxton

A stunning three bedroom 20ft Lodge built in 2021, consisting of master bedroom with a king-size bed, with en suite shower room, twin room consisting of two single beds, and a bunk bedroom, consisting of two smaller bunk beds, family bathroom with shower over bath, spacious open plan lounge with extra large salt lamp and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen contains an air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, 2-ring hob, main oven, fridge with freezer box and dishwasher. An iron/ironing board and hairdryer are also supplied. Spacious timber deck with private luxury hot tub and garden furniture over looking the lake. The perfect place to relax after exploring the area. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. No pets.. Flaxton Meadows Luxury Lodges is a part of our Evermore Lodge Holidays Collection in a beautiful park comprising of a bespoke and luxury accommodation coupled with private hot tubs boasting wonderful views over the scenic countryside. The lodges are wrapped around a small lake. This is the perfect place for romantic escapes, blissful breaks and outdoor adventures with friends and family.  
  
Each accommodation has been carefully put together with you in mind featuring spacious living areas, modern kitchens and bathrooms, whilst outside the spacious veranda with bubbling hot tubs provide the ultimate place for relaxation. The area itself has lots to offer whereby you can explore the spectacular beaches of East Yorkshire to escape the hustle and bustle of modern day living, or venture into the historic city of York which is only 9 miles away and indulge in eclectic gift shops, highly acclaimed restaurants and traditional pubs waiting to be explored. Whatever your adventure, this wonderful location will be waiting for you when you return from your days out exploring. The cabins are located on an adults only touring park, and all facilities on the touring park are adults only, 18 years and over.. Electric cars are welcome on site however they’re not permitted to charge on site during the stay or park near the accommodation there will be a designated car park for electric vehicles away from the cabins.  
  
  
  
A vehicle recognition barrier has now been installed. Therefore all vehicle registration details must be provided to the park prior to arrival, otherwise the barrier will not grant access without this. Please contact the park directly to provide this information.  
  
Please note single sex groups are not accepted at Flaxton Meadows.  
  
Parking is available for two cars only at the front of each cabin. The park does not allow vans.  
  
Electric cars are welcome on site; however cars are not permitted to be parked next to the accommodations. There is a designated car park on site for electric cars.  
  
The bar is adults only (18 years and over) and it will be open between 1st March and 31st October.  
  
The cabins are located on an adults only touring park, and all facilities on the touring park are adults only, 18 years and over.
