"Returning customers who enjoy the location and surrounding area. Some of the couches could do with upgrade due to age and for us the beds are a bid hard but overall we’ve enjoyed our numerous stays and will continue to return for our short Yorkshire breaks."

"Lovely hotel, perfect location - short walk along tow path to city centre. Large room and lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast with particularly friendly staff - only one minor point is that none of the salt and pepper grinders we tried actually grind - possibly a known issue as there were sachets also available. Also witnessed that this hotel is very welcoming for dogs and has lots of things for young children to play with in the reception area."
