Beautiful hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and well equipped, highly recommend. We used the spa which was great and also had afternoon tea which was delicious. Valet parking was an excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff.

From arrival to departure, our stay was very enjoyable. Highlights were spacious and comfortable room, Top-ten best shower of all time. Valet parking and to top it all a 5* restaurant with an excellent menu, superbly cooked food and just amazing staff. We had an issue with the wine as they made a small mistake but dealt with it with professionalism and politeness. The only negative comment would be that it is going to be too long until I come back.

Superbly situated 5 star hotel within walking distance of the station and the city centre. All the staff were so friendly helpful and efficient. My room was spacious, warm, quiet and very well equipped with a fridge, bath and large Smart TV. There was ample storage space and a table , desk and 2 armchairs. Live music in the bar on Saturday night was a welcome surprise. It is all waiter service which was lovely.
