Many problems.Could no sleep. Noise from outside traveled into our room on the ninth floor. Don’t think this is a safe area. Need to be buzzed I. or room key card just to access the Lobby. The also asked for a garage opener deposit to accesss the garage after 8 pm. Desk clerk insisted we had to pay even though we had a prepaid through Expedia. Took several minutes to resolve. They asked for a deposit for incidentals. I asked what incidentals. They said from items purchased gift shop or any room damage. I said oh a damage deposit. They disagreed with my assumption. Will never stay at this hotel again.
