Beach-front bonfires, cozy but comfortable units, wildlife viewing, stairs to the beach, good surfing, rooms for the dogs and kids to run and much much more! Searose Beach only has a handful of homes on it and the beach has limited public access near the Beachcomber. Often times the beach will be all yours. This stretch of coast is one of the most beautiful on the entire West Coast and we are located just a couple miles from charming Yachats, as well as close to the Sea lion Caves, Devils Churn, Yaquina Head, and many many other tourist sites. Couldn't have asked for better weather. The cottage was cozy and clean. Any concerns and issues we experienced were handled quickly and efficiently. The management is very responsive and helpful The kitchen is fairly updated and functions well. We were able to complete our scaled-down Thanksgiving dinner with only a little shuffling. One startling thing we experienced was people walking between our 2 cottages at all hours. It felt a bit like they were walking in our backyard. This was aligned with the listing of shared amenities. We were only there one night, but what a great place! The location is primo; right off the beach. You can hear the waves all the time! It was rainy the one night we were there, otherwise we would have loved to have had a fire in the outdoor fire-it off the deck. I wish we would have booked it more nights! Only issue was a screen was missing from upstairs room and someone had left the window open. Had to take care of a few flying ants upstairs but I'm sure that wouldn't have happened if the screen was in. When we are in the area again, I will definitely book it for at least 3 nights!! ##### Lynette W.
