« It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling into Kunming, either...

« Séjour chaotique : Adresse de localisation de l’hôtel introuvable, problème de cohérence entre le nom de l’hôtel et l’adresse. Tout le monde fume partout même dans les zone non fumeur, même le matin au petit déjeuner les gens fumes la ou les gens mangent c’est très irrespectueux. J’ai choisi cet hôtel car j’avais eu un incroyable séjour via la chaîne IHG au Portugal mais à Kunming rien à voir vraiment aucun personnel parle anglais même le responsable soit disant ne le parle pas. Heureusement...

« The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. « We had a lovely stay in Kunming. The hotel receptionist was a very kind boy who welcomed us with a smile and despite having a language barrier was able to communicate to us the essentials. The manager was also very helpful who gave us all the important info through WeChat and also helped us find the right bus to the rice terraces for our next step. "Séjour chaotique : Adresse de localisation de l’hôtel introuvable, problème de cohérence entre le nom de l’hôtel et l’adresse. Tout le monde fume partout même dans les zone non fumeur, même le matin au petit déjeuner les gens fumes la ou les gens mangent c’est très irrespectueux. J’ai choisi cet hôtel car j’avais eu un incroyable séjour via la chaîne IHG au Portugal mais à Kunming rien à voir vraiment aucun personnel parle anglais même le responsable soit disant ne le parle pas. Heureusement une de ces employer Miranda et Fen qui ont fait leur maximum et le professionnalisme de Miranda qui a su nous aider avec un anglais débrouillard mais très avenant qui était le bienvenue. Petit déjeuner que chinois pas d’étiquette sur les plat ou les aliment on ne sait clairement pas ce qu’on mange alors les gens ont des allergie ou ne mange pas de porc aucune nouveauté on a payer le petit déjeuner 4jrs pour manger des fruits aucun remboursement ni compensation. "

"Très bon hôtel, un poil vieillissant : personnel d'accueil très sympathique, grande chambre confortable (malgré le lit trop mou). 2 points noirs et incompréhensibles : les vestiaires de la belle piscine intérieure étaient très sales, notamment les douches ; et le service du restaurant Kwee Zeen est catastrophique. Le buffet est magnifique, mais il n'y a pas de réassort. Les stands sont mal tenus, il manque parfois des couverts pour se servir mais surtout, le restaurant est sensé fermer à 21h30, mais cuisiniers comme serveurs commencent à ranger et nettoyer dès 20h... Dommage..."
