Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. The property is extremely well cared for, VERY CLEAN, along with the house, and the Interior is decorated simply with a serene and peaceful ambiance. The owners addressed every need with an effort to make my stay worry free. The hot tub was wonderful and a nice addition. The owners went over and above to make my stay very pleasant. Owners went above expectations in working with us. Enjoyed the extras they provided such as our preferred coffee and creamer. They quickly replace a Keurig that had malfunctioned. They take care of the outside as well as inside with care. Used it as a base to go to our family reunion. ##### Robert G.
