Offering bright, relaxing accommodation for up to four guests, the property has been tastefully furnished and decorated in light soothing tones with a cheerful balcony perfect for sitting back with a glass of wine in the evening. Close to the coastal footpath and just a mile from the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach, this beautiful getaway is ideal for discovering the region’s breathtaking coastline and gorgeous countryside. A couple of steps lead up to the apartment, with a large, welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner providing a fantastic space for you to relax in at the end of a great day. With an oak floor and French doors opening onto the front balcony, the lounge is perfect for unwinding in, with a sociable central dining table and a beautifully equipped kitchen to the rear. The apartment also features an invigorating bathroom and two bright, cheerful bedrooms: a lovely twin with access to the courtyard, and a spacious king-size room with a Smart TV, French doors leading onto the balcony, and an en-suite wet room. The enclosed and high-walled courtyard has space for storing wetsuits and surfboards. With a lighthouse, a pretty beach and some great places to eat and drink, the cheerful village of Mortehoe is a perfect location for discovering the glorious northern fringes of the unforgettable Devon coast. The stunning Woolacombe Beach is to the south, with the bustling resort of Ilfracombe to the east (6 miles), with other attractions including Baggy Point, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, the Broomhill Estate, Arlington Court and the gorgeous sandy beaches at Saunton and Croyde, all within 12 miles.
