Had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels. When we arrived the staff person had a note posted on the door that she was gone until 6 pm - so we had to burn up two hours before we could even check in. Disappointing. They have a doorbell thing and bell but never worked. Had to call the hotel to get them to answer and come. It was what I needed a clean nice place to get some rest and one block away from Main Street. It was located within easy walking distance to downtown Dells shops, restaurants and Upper Dells boat tour docks. We arrived at supper time. We wanted to check in and go out to eat and go to a show. Instead we had to deal with a few problems. We had no air, towels, or soap. Went to front desk nobody there. Had to call cell phone. No response until we were at the show!! They took care of our needs. The room was too lit up to sleep well. Donuts for breakfast. I thought the review said breakfast. I don't do donuts for breakfas. The room ac did not work and they had to fix it. There were no towels or extra toilet paper and the beds were rock hard.
