The house is beautiful. Close to lots of restaurants and an excellent bakery. We had a friends weekend away and found everything to be very comfortable for 7\. There is only mealtime seating for 8, and it is in two rooms, something to keep in mind if you have a big group, but it worked just fine for us. Beds were really comfy, and they had lots of blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms was a must for us and much appreciated, but we did notice a lack of water pressure downstairs if water was running elsewhere. There are some cleaning details that could improve, coffee pot was not properly cleaned, lots of dusty webs in the back of porch, baseboards, trim, etc. A little attention to detail on the cleaning would be advised.
