Our bathroom had mold because there is no fan and the tub didn’t drain. It was super inconvenient getting our luggage to the room from a mile away. You can’t drive to the door and there were no carts near the entrance they wanted us to use. Our room was adjoined to a family with a screaming baby.. for the price we were disappointed.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is 5 Stars for a reason! From check in to check out. Every staff member was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite with a full ocean view. Our room was amazing. Every meal was excellent. The room was gifted to us! We were there for our wedding night 33 years ago and were so lucky to teturn
