Satisfactory. We arrived very late and they still received us. It was clean but they had so many cigarettes in the cabinet. The heat and AC were great. For the price and a room with two beds that contained our family of 4, I would say it was worth it.

There was blood and nail polish stains all of the sheets as well as the towels. There’s a homeless population as well as all their litter near the buildings. Not a safe location. It’s worth to pay the extra 20-40$ for a nice hotel! If you wanna cheap out and come here bring your own bedding and towels! The heating doesn’t work so be careful with how you pack.

I've been coming to this motel for years and it's always been clean. Four months ago ownership changed and the standards have fallen terribly. It was dirty with visible dirt in the bathroom (tub and toilet), on the walls and the smoke detectors was not on the wall but laying on the counter. And my non-smoking room was clearly smoked in. I will not be returning.

The room was in poor condition and did not match the impression given by the listing photos. When we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The comforter also smelled as though it had not been changed or properly cleaned, and we found human hair on the bed/bedding. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The bathtub had significant staining and buildup. I showed the bathtub directly to the owner/manager, but he said it was “just spots,” despite the condition clearly being visible. The bathroom exhaust vent was left open, exposing a visibly dirty and heavily rusted interior with significant buildup. The bathroom walls also had extensive peeling and chipped paint. The air-conditioning unit was visibly dusty as well, adding to our concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, this was not simply an issue of the property being old. The main concerns were cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of the room. I took photos immediately after arrival to document everything. The property needs significant improvement in cleaning and maintenance and should more accurately represent the condition of its rooms.
