The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the waterfront was lovely and the price of the room was reasonable. Overall, I would stay at the Best Western Waterfront in Windsor again and would recommend it to others. The only negatives were slight: the bathroom was looking a bit worn and could use an update, and the panoramic view room can look into half the panoramic view room beside it - which can lead to some awkwardness if both rooms are populated.

Front desk staff were very good and welcoming, accommodating, clear with instructions. The room was clean. There were no complementary coffee or water obvious to us in the lobby. Two of the 3 elevators appeared to be out of order the night we were trying to get back to our room and the wait was pretty long to get to the upper floors. Very good location for nice walks, safe and easy parking.
