Delightful apartment on top two floors of a 4 storey Victorian building, overlooking Bowness village and the mountains. Close to all amenities and five minutes walk from the lake with country walks from the door .Access is by a stairway to the 3 bedroomed property, one ensuite double, a double and single room and family bathroom. An airy lounge with bay windows giving views of the mountains with a coal effect gas fire for the cooler months. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Situated on a Cul-de-Sac away from the main road and is very quiet. The home was well equipped and comfortable. There are metal stairs leading up to the door so anyone with a disability would find it a challenge. The rooms are quaint and full of charm. Directions given by the owner were well stated. The views from each of the bow windows were exceptional. You can just see the Lake. It is immaculate. The beds and bedding are very comfortable.. Please note the only way to the property is at the rear and there is an outside iron stair way to the front door. The key safe door doesn't drop down when you have put the code in, and after fighting with it for a few minutes I had to call Paul who said to use your finger to gently pull the door down :) The street is on a hill if you have mobility issues.
