Windermere is within a gentle 10-minute stroll where you will find a host of attractions, restaurants and shops, the town is well served by public transport so an ideal base for exploring the whole of the South Lakes without using your car.  
  
Delightfully furnished and tastefully decorated, Moss Bank has been carefully prepared by the owners who have given much thought to providing for your every need. A well-equipped kitchen ensures you can get the very best out of your self-catering break whilst the comfortable lounge dining room is just the spot to enjoy a meal and some well-deserved precious time together. Moss Bank was one of the best cottages we have stayed at, and we have done a few! Very well equipped, clean and perfect location, the bus stop is close by so easy to get around. We were two couples staying and we couldn’t fault it.
