The hospitality shown from Kirsty and Barbara was 1st class and couldn’t have wished for a more welcoming and homely stay. The lounge is a beautiful and relaxing area to sit and have a drink and take in the wonderful Xmas tree . Really enjoyed the couple of visits to the health club using both the gym and the Spa which was a wonderful perk. You really can’t beat the location of Holly Lodge, literally a 90 second walk cutting through the Sainsbury’s local car park will get you onto the wonderful little high street with fantastic local shops and fantastic restaurants and cafes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly Lodge for a break in the Lake District. Many thanks to all the staff.
