  • Welcome to Pearl Bungalow @ Beer Ranch Project Inn, a modern hill country getaway just steps away from Wimberley Square.

    This unique two bedroom hexagon bungalow is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a friends trip, or when working away from home. Gather in the open living room, relax in the spa rainfall shower, or watch deer on patio by the oaks. Take a three minute stroll into town for beer/wine tastings, coffee shops, restaurants, and our beautiful Blue Hole swimming park.

    We are a family owned ranch-house brewery with a downtown tasting room and small boutique inn.

    Located directly behind our tasting room in Downtown Wimberley and is on two connected properties. We currently have three studios and two bungalows (two more being remodeled).

    Enjoy a flight of hill country beer made from our brewery just up the road. If you’re staying at our Inn, ask us about tasting packages that can be added to your room reservation.

    Experience our beer on location at our five-acre family ranch a few miles from town. To ensure an intimate and exceptional customer experience, the brewery will be open by appointment only.


    CLEANING STANDARDS
    Although we`ve always maintained extremely high standard of cleaning in our inn, we are sanitizing and cleaning all surfaces according to the CDC recommendations. You should expect a thoroughly cleaned and fresh room.

    Also, here at the Beer Ranch Project Inn we want you have all the freedom of staying at a vacation rental yet have comforts like a hotel, therefore we do not have any specific checkout procedures like stripping the bed linens or taking out the trash.

    PET FEE
    We love our furry friends (we have an Australian Shepard who is one of our family members) so dogs are loved and welcome at the Beer Ranch Project Inn, but we ask that you notify us in advance. There is pet fee, which is charged during the reservation process. Also, we charge for any items that are damaged or cannot be properly cleaned.

    INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
    My husband, Max, and I own the property and although we are not on site nightly, we will be around as needed. We also have a wonderful property manager, Doug Kennon, and an amazing cleaning staff who services are studios between guests. A lovely cabin, with modern design. The location is fantastic and once the renovations have been complete this place will be a wonderful spot for all the family.

Amazing place and people

The cabin was very nice. We saw deer and wildlife. I went running in the morning down to the blue hole reserve…just fantastic. Kathryn and Max are genuinely caring and helpful owners that want you to have a wonderful stay. They succeeded!

Great Location, Cozy Rental

We loved staying here for a Girl's Weekend. It was the perfect walking distance from downtown for shopping and eating. We were also very close to the Blue Hold hiking paths which was great. The bungalow was cute and cozy and everything we needed. Kathryn was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great Location

This location was centrally located to the downtown area and very convenient to access. Perfect for our needs and we can't wait for the new construction for the tasting and brewery buildings. Had deer out front of our door each day...an added plus.

Great property and location

This was a great property, located within a three-min walk to Wimberley square. Our family chose this property because we wanted to do a quick overnight stay and experience the town, and this property provided exactly what we needed: a responsive and friendly property owner, modern and clean space, walkable location, new appliances to accommodate our grocery run, and tranquility despite being close to a busy road. If we ever make the trip back out, we'll definitely choose this property again.

The location is amazing! The bungalow had obvious “work in progress” areas. This was only an issue for the windows. No shades or blinds with sheer curtains that resulted in light seeping through all night from outside lights. The location was the main appeal for sure!

Extremely convenient and quaint. Hard to beat the proximity to downtown. The place was clean, but a little tight and definitely had some cosmetic issues. The fan in the master bedroom needs some maintenance attention.

Best weekend

The property was very clean and decorated adorably. The house was located in the heart of Wimberly. Super close to the main road and all the shops/restaurants, but tucked away just enough that you couldn’t hear any of the traffic. Also the host Kathryn was amazing, I was experiencing phone troubles the day we arrived and wasn’t able to get in the vrbo app, but Kathryn was quick to answer a phone call and texted me all the information. Highly recommend and can’t wait to see what they do with the rest of the property in the future.

We have been so happy to be here in the Pearl bungalow at Beer Ranch! Sadly only here for one brief night, but couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Super CLEAN, which is so noticed and appreciated. Beds and furniture were comfy! Every room was well decorated and appointed. Bathroom was lovely, great water pressure in the shower. Air conditioner was easy to operate. Coffee pods and tea bags provided were especially appreciated this morning. We were very comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. Thanks again, Beer Ranch, for a memorable and highly recommendable stay!
