"Absolutely Top Class Apartment. Facilities were excellent and apartment is finished to a very high standard. Great location close to the centre of Gloucester. Beds were so comfortable and the rooms spacious. Our family loved this apartment and made for a great weekend."

Property was ok in cleanliness (white grout and subway tile require a LOT of maintenance) and the modern updates were poorly installed. Far too many bric-a-brac to keep dusted. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."
