Location: The Sands Ranch is situated in a popular and quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful escape while still being within a short distance of Mayfaire, Downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We are right down the road from the locals favorite Biggers Market. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the private pool, exploring nearby shops and restaurants, or enjoying the coastal activities that make Wilmington a sought-after destination. The Ranch: Step into a cozy and well-appointed living space with coastal vibes. This home was designed and furnished by a local designer and features vintage items throughout. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for socializing, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals or game nights. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a spacious deck, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner with friends or family.
