It was a family reunion with 7 adults, 3 children. 5 bathrooms in the home. Each with 1/2 of roll of toilet paper. This was for 4 day stay. 1/2 a roll of paper toilets in kitchen. We stayed in mid November ( so wintertime) not a single extra blanket/ pillow etc….. Two wornout very thin bath towels to shower/ and to use after being in the hot tub. A single 1 Inch size bar of soap ( very cheap, would not lather, useless really) to try to shower with. At this price point I will not be back next year. The house was very clean but striped to bare bones. No coffee/ or any table in living room. No place to put down your luggage. Since this is a rental it seemed like the owners wanted as little to to clean/ take care of as possible. Not a curtain in a south facing sliding glass door in living room. It was spacious, clean and suited our family perfectly. We traveled with my parents and my 2 teens girls and our dog and it was great for all. The hot tub, back deck and large fire pit area were among our favorite places to relax at the property. It is centrally located and easy to find. Plenty of room for the extended family, and close to some attractions as well as Lake Placid. The only thing we wished for was a larger grilling space for a house that holds so many people.
