House Rules • NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment. • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. • Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock • Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings • Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards. Quiet hours for the neighborhood are 9pm - 8am every day of the week. • Guest must sign a rental agreement. • Pool can be heated for $200/day. Please let us know 24 hours prior if you want the pool heated to allow adequate time for it to warm up. Pet Policy • Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. • Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Property is spacious and perfectly arranged. We had plenty of room for eight adults and two children under 2, plus two dogs. Pool was perfect! Hot tub was perfect! The property, for the price, was lacking in that it doesn't look like the advertised photos presented on the website. It is in need of a facelift. The hot tub wasn't really hot and the "exercise room" is an exaggeration.
