Enjoy morning sunrises and beach breezes from the porch of this beautiful home. Just three blocks from the beach, this elevated 3 bedroom coastal cottage is the perfect place to relax. Located just 3 blocks (10 minute walk) from all that Carolina Beach offers….the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. This freshly painted home features a spacious open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include hardwood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a large table, spacious living room with a 50” flat-screen television and DirecTV. The large master bedroom includes a private deck and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Outdoors, the house has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and a large enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are free Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table. Several bicycles are available, or bring you own to ride the Island Greenway or Carolina Beach State Park. You can enjoy books, games, and plenty of puzzles.

This location was GREAT! My family stayed for Thanksgiving. The grocery store was just around the corner and thank goodness because, we forgot an essential item! There was plenty of room to both prepare, serve and enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. We also enjoyed football and comfortable seating in the living room. This house was in perfect walking distance to both michelangelo's pizza.The gelato shop and carolina beach pier, which were very much needed on the first night. I will stay here again!

Winter weekend in Carolina beach

Great location and nice property. Was perfect for family with 5 kids. They really enjoyed riding the bikes and plenty of room for everyone to watch TV in the evening.

Great Home in a Great Location

Second year in a row staying at this home. It's beautiful, spacious, well maintained, close enough to walk to the action but not too close for peace and quiet if needed. Our family loves this home and this location. Steve is responsive and very easy to contact if needed. Thanks for everything!

Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. There were bikes for us to use. When we needed to communicate with the owner, he got back to us within minutes. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property! The kids loved the bunk beds and all the games were perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Close to the Ft. Fisher aquarium and not a far drive from the USS North Carolina. We throughly took advantage of all the local food and shops. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing time at this beautiful property! It's a MUST stay!

The place was just as listed. It was beautiful and the owners were very nice. We definitely plan on renting this place again when the weather gets warmer. It only took us about 7 min to walk to the beach. all of the neighbors were really nice as well. Once again , this is a must stay rental. We def enjoyed ourselves and we are sad to leave .

Amazing house

The house has large space, very close to the beach (7mins aprox walking) and restaurants; it is close to everything you need, you can also walk to all the places. Rooms are big enough to welcome a large family, kitchen is big, clean and well equipped for prepare your meals. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home - Family Friendly Neighborhood

Very happy with the home, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach/boardwalk. My wife fell in love with the open kitchen and the master bedroom with huge washroom. Steve was pleasant to message. Really no complaints. Thanks for sharing your home.

Carolina Beach home

The home is nice and met our needs for beds and baths. It is in a great location and very close to the Boardwalk! However, the home was minimally clean. The floors throughout the house were really quite dirty!! Even the children thought they were “gross”. The windowsills and blinds were very dusty, especially in the living area and the master bath. The furniture in the living space was also really dusty and the sofas were sand coated. The pillows on the beds were flat and inadequate. We wished we had brought our own!! The mattress pad on the upper bunk bed was seriously stained and/or just unclean. The jets in the master bath tub looked moldy and unusable. And unfortunately, we killed a roach in the hall bathroom and one on the stairs leading from the entrance to the upstairs. I’m sure a really thorough cleaning and maybe some attention to pest control would make this rental an even better place to stay!! We did enjoy our time in Carolina Beach, especially the beach and Boardwalk!

Perfect location

Very nice house. Huge garage. Bikes included. The only drawback was very firm mattresses. I like a soft mattress. 2 very short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and all Carolina beach offers. Very clean. Screened in porch was great. Very nice furniture. We had 3 couples stay there and 5 other couples stay 1 block away. .

Awesome!

Awesome as always! This is our third year coming back to stay here and we always have a great time! Very walkable location to both the beach and restaurants. We had fun riding bikes around and found a new bike path!
