Located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, our fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. (Our local favorites include Britt's Donuts, Shuckin' Shack, and Michaelangelos Pizza.) Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show from our landing. When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and ocean views from kitchen and living room. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a Smart TV for you to watch your favorite Netflix shows. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of movies to choose from. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, new smart TV, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Our full en suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, extra blankets and basic towels (not beach towels) provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end from master bedroom and features a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a new smart TV and DVD player. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Linens and extra blankets provided. The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo. Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean. Our full size washer and dryer is located inside a closet near the front door, making it easy to toss your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach/pool to dry. If you prefer a quick dip, the onsite community pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. The unit comes with one included parking spot. You'll never have to worry about losing a key! The unit has central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and local phone service. We offer a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach cart at no additional cost. • Swimming pool is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st each year. • This is a third floor unit accessed only by stairs. • Pets are NOT allowed per the HOA. Location was within easy walking distance to beach access, many great restaurants, boardwalk, and carnival. The owners were very generous in allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was the lack of elevators as it was a little difficult getting the luggage up the 2 1/2 flights of stairs. ##### Belinda P. Some reviewers noted it was a little small, but I disagree. The patio had an ocean view, which was so nice for enjoying coffee in the morning, or reading a book in the evening. I LOVED the huge dining table, plenty of room for groceries and for eating. We also loved being able to walk to both the boardwalk and our favorite restaurants on the highway (and of course, the beach itself)! Suzanne was so prompt to answer questions, and it was a big plus that we could use her beach wagon. We'd wished the pool was open longer than 8pm, but that was not in the owner's control. Also, while it was nice being close to everything, some may not like being able to hear the carnival until 11 pm, but we loved having a front-row view to the fireworks Thursday night, and the late noise was not loud enough inside the condo to keep us from falling asleep. The location is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It worked well for our family of three, but it would also work for two couples, or a couple with several children.The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo was in pristine condition and the perfect amount of room for our family of five. Having the washer/dryer in the rental was key. VERY convenient location to restuarants and the boardwalk. Mere steps away from the beach. Pool was good, and we usually had it to ourselves. Suzanne is probably the most responsive host I have worked with, and helped with some questions and minor issues that came up. It was the perfect size for the five of us. The pool, beach and condo were all clean and comfortable. The essentials were provided to start our vacation in comfort and the attention to details was outstanding. I found the condo quiet and location to the beach and boardwalk could not be beat. The fireworks were wonderful from the balcony or the window. I was never on a beach that allowed ez-up canopies and I loved it. Get anchors for your canopy. We were in a great location with a short drive to enjoy the aquarium and the children’s museum. Check in/out was quick and easy. Mid-July and beach and area was not overly crowded. Everyone one was nice and kind. The location is prime. You can walk to everything, and the condo complex is quiet and safe. We loved finishing a day at the beach by stopping at the pool on the way back to the condo. The views were much better than I expected. We were able to see the ocean and watch Thursday from the balcony. It was really nice to be able to walk to everything.
